Michael T. Papworth is a Portfolio Manager at Granite Investment Partners, LLC. Mr. Papworth manages portfolios for private clients.

Prior to joining Granite in 2011, Mr. Papworth was a Director at Transamerica Investment Management, LLC (TIM) in their Private Client Group, managing equity and balanced portfolios. He joined TIM in 2005 when the firm acquired Westcap Investors LLC. While at Westcap, he managed and serviced private client accounts. Prior to Westcap, Mr. Papworth was a partner at Glendeven Management & Research for 13 years. Prior to that, he was a vice president and partner for 12 years at Loomis, Sayles & Co., Inc., where he was responsible for taxable as well as tax-free accounts. Mr. Papworth has over 50 years of investment industry experience.
