Bradley G. Slocum

Bradley G. Slocum is a Co-Founder and Principal of Granite Investment Partners, LLC.  Mr. Slocum is also a member of the Management Committee and the Operating Committee overseeing the firm’s marketing and client relations operations.

Prior to founding Granite in 2009, Mr. Slocum was a Principal and Managing Director of Transamerica Investment Management, LLC (TIM), which he joined in 2005 when the firm acquired Westcap Investors LLC, a firm he Co-Founded in 1992. While at TIM, Mr. Slocum oversaw and led the firm’s institutional marketing and client service efforts and also served as a member of the Management Committee.  Prior to TIM, Mr. Slocum orchestrated the firm’s marketing and client service efforts and was essential in its growth to over $3 billion at the time of the acquisition by TIM. At Westcap, he held various roles including managing portfolios in Westcap’s Fixed Income strategies. Prior to Westcap, Mr. Slocum was a Director at Transamerica Pension and Investment Services for 4 years. Prior to Transamerica, Mr. Slocum spent 2 years as Vice President of Dreyfus Institutional Services Corporation and 5 years as an Account Executive and Analyst at SEI Corporation.

Mr. Slocum is a current member of the Board of Directors of Uplift Children and Family Services. Mr. Slocum has 41 years of investment industry experience.
